Had a great experience here!! I was having issues with my iPhone 5 and my service from Verizon. I was upset over it and he assisted me in a very professional manner. I ended up switching to AT&T and getting iPhone 6s with a free iPad!!! My bill is much cheaper now and I got more data! Much better service as well! It was a pleasure working with this AT&T. Anthony is the man! Highly recommend him!
The manger Kyra who was working in store on 7/6/2017 was very patient and helped me with all of my needs. I was having an issue working my new phone and she took the time to show me everything i needed to know and went the extra mile to find some info online she was able to print out for me. Service in this store is always great.
Make sure to verify every promotional item with AT&T before buying from this store. During a recent visit, I transferred three lines of service from Verizon. The store was empty of other customers and there were three employees that assisted me. I was told that I would receive credits on my bill to cover the installment plans I was leaving from Verizon, that I was eligible to receive a free tablet with each of the new phones by just paying their line access fees, there would be no activation fee on any of the new devices. Only part of this was true. I received the tablets but had to pay $45 each for activation fees, I also had to pay 20 dollars each for activation of the phones. That was $195 extra dollars on my first bill. I also was told that I will not receive the credits for transferring from Verizon. That was over $300 dollars in credits I will not receive. This is not an AT&T problem it is the authorized dealer that made inaccurate statements.
I was provided with inaccurate information by Kyra regarding mobile hot spot with Unlimited Choice Plan when I changed my plan on 7/3/17. I am VERY unhappy about having the wrong information as I work from home and Mobile Hotspot is paramount. We spoke in detail about the necessity of this feature and yet I changed my plan and still do not have it. I hope the team here gets trained better on the plans and features so they can allow customers to make educated decisions regarding their money and plans.
