Poor outfit!
I called 4 days ago and told the lady that answered the phone that I was looking for an A/C contractor to put in a new system. She said someone would call me back the next day and four days later I called them back and she says they don't do that kind of work I'm just looking for someone to help the elderly couple that I'm working for with a new air condition system.

AC went out during the night. Called the next day around 9 in the morning, and explained that my fan on my unit quit working. The representative was very helpful and said she would send someone out the same day. At noon the AC repair men were at my door and by 1 o'clock my AC is fixed. This is the third time I have used Lee Heating and Air and I am very glad I did each time. Thank you for the fast response and friendly service. DB
Back in April I needed my ac looked at. They came out and refilled my unit but could not look for the leak. Told me someone would be in touch to set a time to come out and inspect for a leak. Never heard back. 2 months later I was having problems again. I called to have someone come out. The lady answered the phone and said someone will be in touch. 3 days later they returned my call. Different ac company had already returned my call and found my leak in the condenser unit. I told Lee heating and air their services were no longer needed, the man on the phone hung up on me immediately. Now 6 months later I get a bill in the mail from Lee heat and air from when they was out at my house in April but never fixed the problem because they didn't have all their equipment and never followed up to repair the leak they couldn't detect. Guess I was just supposed to keep paying them $200+ every other month to keep my system charged. I recommend looking some where else if quality work is expected for your dollar.
