Problems: Could only use their so called high speed internet intermittently. When you could connect to it you would have to re log in every 5 minutes. Took the kids to the pool and quickly left. There was dead lizard and bugs in the pool. Around the sides was algae/mildew. It really needed to be cleaned.
Stayed 2 nights. No internet, caused hardship trying to work. Informed the front desk and maids three times that the toilet seat was broken, never got a response and never repaired/replaced. However, there are multiple premium channels (HBO and Cinemax).
The best place to stay in perry fl by far .. front desk help 100% sweet and helpful.. never rude ..
Hotel is pretty new. The rooms are nice and clean. The people friendly.
This is a must stop when trabelong the West coastal are of Florida. Great staff and facility..oh and did I mention free food and drinks every nite? Yes I just Did!!!
Not very many hotel options in this area. It was close to midnight when we found this hotel we had a great experience from beginning to end. Barbara at the front desk was very welcoming she definitely has top notch customer service. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was good and the coffee was definitely strong. Definitely would stay there again.
