Everytime I come here I never get what I order but yet the receipt is right but not the food.. then when you tell them they mess up they say sorry but your going to have to pay if you want us to fix it.. I already paid so now to get it right I have to pay more... This place is a joke...
They get two stars only cause they got my order right. Other than that a 17 minute wait for two med shakes... Maybe if they were doing their jobs and not playing, things would run smoother.
It's really hit or miss here for me. Sometimes great service and great food and other times it's one or the other. Maybe it's just like that in Perry. Last time I went the guy in the speaker was barely understandable. I thought it was the speaker. When I pulled forward, he sounded the same in person. Why do businesses continue to put the worst person to represent them to be the one who talks to the customer?? I'll never understand it. In case you're wondering he did not have a speech impediment, just horrible teenage grammar and lackluster attitude towards customer service.
It I could give no stars, I would. We just went through and ordered 4 drinks; a Sprite, and 3 slushies... My husband got a watered down drink. Ordered a blue coconut slush, got Powerade. Ordered a blue raspberry slush, got another Powerade, ordered a watermelon slush, got a punch. Not only were the slushies completely wrong but none of them were mixed. It literally take 2 seconds to stir one up. Just laziness. Thankfully we didn't order food, we know what the entails... Won't be going back after this mess.
On way to Allagator Point stop for lunch we had good fast service. Some postings said bad stuff was worried, but worked out well. Hot and tasty food and fast so go for it!
